 Q: How can I view the status of my order?


A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?


A: Many of our items ship Free...  Some, but verify few, might require a small shipping cost.  You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

 

 Q: Are the pictures on the website the actual color of the items I will receive?

 

A: Silk and fabric shades will slightly vary from the manufacturer's lots. The variations could vary slightly but typically are not noticeable.  Feel confident, that if you're not happy with the item, we will replace the item or refund your money.

 

 

Q: Do you offer custom made shades?

 

A: Absolutely... Contact us for a custom shade.

 

 

Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?

 

A: Yes, we offer quantity discounts.  Contact us with the item and the quantity you need.

 

Q: Do you accept returns if I'm not happy with my purchase?

 

A: Absolutely.  We want all our customers happy with their purchase.  Our return policy is a No Questions Asked policy as long as you return the item within 30 days.  Contact us for a return authorization.  

In addition, we typically can resolve the issue without requiring you to return the item, so contact us with your issue and we'll do our best to make you happy.

 

Q: Is my information kept private?

 

A: Yes.  We will NEVER sell or share your information with anyone.... NO WAY - PERIOD.  

 

Q: Can you send UPS overnight?

 

A: Yes.  If you need to have your package shipped UPS Overnight, please contact us by phone during regular business hours.  We'll do our best to expedite the order and get it out for next day delivery.
